How much is shipping, and how fast will my order arrive?
Shipping is free on every US order — no minimum, no code needed. Most orders arrive within two weeks. The estimate for your specific items is shown at checkout before you pay.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in unworn condition with tags attached, for a full refund. Email support@getwathir.com with your order number and we will walk you through it. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your return.
How do I find my size?
Check the size chart on each product page — sizing varies by piece, and some styles run small (we say so on the product page when they do). Between sizes? For relaxed silhouettes, take your usual size; for tailored pieces, we generally suggest sizing up. Still unsure? Email us the piece and your measurements and we will help you choose.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link as soon as your items ship. Orders with several pieces may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking. If a tracking number has not updated in several days, write to us and we will chase it for you.
