30 days, no questions.

Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price - no reason required, gifts included. Email support@getwathir.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We ship a replacement immediately and you keep or dispose of the incorrect or damaged item - no return needed.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of the return being accepted; your bank may take 5-10 business days to post it.

Return shipping

Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. Defective or wrong-item cases are always on us.
